Let’s Start:

This week we are painting from the beautiful woods of New Hampshire. Wilmot, New Hampshire is in the Lakes Region of this New England State. The birdsong surrounds us in this lesson and you can hear it loudly as we study how to draw and paint birds.

Gather Materials:

• Watercolor paint

• brushes

• watercolor paper

• pencil

• fine black ink pen

• cup of water

• paper towels

• masking or blue painters tape
